There are 3 leaders to a guild, The Guildmaster who is responsible for everything going on within the guild, there are two deputy leaders the guild first and the guild second, these leaders are entrusted with responsibility to cover for the Guildmaster if their unavailable. Leadership is chosen by guild voting, where the members of the guild elect prospective leaders and vote for the most popular. Elections are carried out after each term of service usually six months. Firstly a confidence vote is called by the Guildmaster after the 6 month term in which case members vote on two options. Option one leave the leadership as is and option two a full election.

The title 'Veteran' is now awarded to those among us who've done more work for this guild than was ever expected of them. The process for this special title is dealt with by CoW, though nominations are welcome. Nominating yourself is a bad idea, usually. Also, due to the importance of this title, not everyone will make it. More details on the forum, under the heading The Front Desk, under the appropiate topic.
